0-6 Age Group of Child Care Related to the Problems Faced by Mothers Who Have Children of Employees and The Study of Problem Solving Approaches

Aim: This study of 0-6 year old children of working mothers faced with problem-solving methods as a descriptive analysis was performed in order.

Methods: The study sample, Training and Research Hospital Pediatric ward mothers in the day shift nurses working in 94 primary and secondary schools working with children aged 0-6 years, the 106 teacherscreated mothers. In line with literature data, developed by researcher and consisted of 35 questions using a questionnaire assessing toplandı. Verilerin number, percentage and chi-square tests were used.

Results: 56%of mothers aged 31-40, 95.5%of married, 73.5% of graduates of the nurses, 47% and 53% were teachers. 89.5% of mothers ‘response to what i absence of the mother of the children, 26.0%i in response to their child’s crying, %45.0’i showed petulance expressed as a reaction to their children they were. 72.5% of the feeling of guilt due to the work, 91.5% of cope with guilt for the “I create opportunities for children to spend time with me, “he revealed. Mothers, 64.5% of the children remain separated from their jobs because they were thought not affect communication.

Conclusion: 0-6 age group of mothers of children lack the various responses they gave, the mother- child communication are affected, the mothers of the majority to work because of the guilt feeling is that the problem cope with various methods applied were found.
