Comparison of The Tendency of Conflict Solving Nursing and Medical Students

Objective: The research was conducted as a descriptive comparative study in order to determine the tendency of conflict solving in nursing and medical students and to compare their tendencies.

Method: The universe of the study consisted of all students in medical school and scool of nw·sing. The sample was constituted from 359 students from school of nursing and 367 134 S. SEREN-0. BA YKAL students from medical school. As data collection tool, questionnaire containing questions relate to socioeconomic characteristics of students and the scale of tendency to conflict solving were used. Percentage, significancy test between difference of two indepedent groups and one way ANOY A analysis were used to evaluate data.

Findings and Conclusion: As a result of findings, a significant difference for conflict solving and were listening skills and focusing on needs of parties were better in nursing students.
