Sexuality in Climacterium

Climacterium which includes menopause is a critical life stage in which hormonal changes, physiological, psychological and social changes are experienced. In sclimacterium, many problems about sexual life is experienced. Decrease in sexual desire orgasmic problems and dyspareunia are most common problems. Sexual wellness is an important indicator of health for ~ostmenopausal women. In this term sexuality is.. affected by psycosocial factors. Nurse has an important role as a counselor in solving these problems. This article defines sexual problems and their reasons in menopause and postmenopausal women and gives information about what can be done to solve thes problems.
